On 1 July 2021, the NDIS released its latest Price Guide which now has a new name and is referred to as the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. The NDIA increased the pricing arrangements for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) by CPI (being 1.1%).
SDA Options Pty Ltd adheres to the SDA prices set by the NDIS and the new price has been applied to the plans of all our residents. This change does not affect any of your other funded NDIS supports.
