Your plan will detail the amount of SDA funding available to you based upon a range of factors including the type of building you require. In addition, you will be required to contribute the following;
Rent: most of our properties attract approximately 25% of the Disability Support Pension.
Bond: Equivalent to one (1) months rent
Utilities / Services: you will be required to pay your equal share in all utilities / services used at the property.
Furniture: if you do not own or have financial capability to own your own furniture you can speak to our Project Manager regarding an affordable rental payment plan which will enable your home to be adequately furnished. Otherwise by taking on a SDA Options accommodation, you will be able to set up your home the way you like, with your own belongings.
